I am a dedicated M.Sc. Biotechnology student with a strong foundation in computational biology and bioinformatics. My academic journey has equipped me with comprehensive knowledge in molecular diagnostics, structural biology, and various biotechnological applications.

My research interests lie in exploring protein dynamics, genomic data analysis, and developing computational approaches to solve biological problems. I am particularly passionate about applying programming skills in Python and R to analyze complex biological datasets.

I aspire to contribute to innovative research in computational biology and continue developing my expertise in bioinformatics tools and techniques to address challenging biological questions.

Genome Analysis & Sequence Alignment Project

Retrieved 12+ gene sequences, performed multiple sequence alignment using BLAST, ClustalW, MEGA-X. Constructed 2 phylogenetic trees, annotated 7 motifs using ExPASy and Skylign, documented workflow and results on GitHub with 5 result figures showcasing skills in phylogenetics, genomics, and proteomics.
